Transfer of Ownership Form

Liberty Safe protects the security of our customer’s combination by requiring verification of ownership.

The information below must be provided prior to changing the combination or transferring ownership. The combination must be changed by a Certified Locksmith or Safe Technician or the lock and locking mechanism warranty will be void.

Please provide all of the information requested or the combination/ownership cannot be changed in our database. A receipt showing the original purchase is required if the warranty card was not sent in. If you are transferring ownership, a Bill of Sale is required to complete the transaction. Indicated signatures must be NOTARIZED.
