The Freedom safe series from Liberty offers a step up in features, capacity, and security compared to the Centurion line. This makes them an excellent choice for first-time safe owners who have a growing collection of firearms and need more internal space. The Freedom Series can accommodate long guns and provides level 2 security with a 14-gauge steel body and six hardened, 3/16" steel military-style locking bars.
In addition to these features, the Freedom series includes a one-piece drill- and pry-resistant hardened door plate. It also has a reliable relocker mechanism that activates in case of attempted brute force entry. The safes are equipped with the upgraded TopLit SecuRam electronic lock for added security. They are also fitted with a polished chrome handle and come with a factory-installed door panel to maximize interior storage.
The interiors of the Freedom safes feature gray fabric lining, while their exteriors have a tough textured black finish that resists fingerprints, dust, and scratches.
Alongside the enhanced security measures offered by the Freedom line, these safes have a full 40-minute fire rating at 1200°. They incorporate Palusol heat-activated expanding door seals to provide additional protection from fire hazards.
