Worked great for 2 years. The first problem was the soft open feature quit working, the door slams open amazingly loud. Just today it won't even latch closed. I'm a big liberty fan, this is my 3rd safe of theirs and it is awful. 2 years for almost a $400 side table safe is unacceptable. You dropped the ball Liberty.

directions are terrible but even when I get it to register one fingerprint its still stuck in a programming mode and the administrative button doesn't affect anything. The safe itself is nice but the electronics are some imported junk. the lights are just stuck in a constant cycle of flashing combinations with only one fingerprint stored does me no good. wasted money

The biometric finger scanner doesn’t work. Have tried several times (5 times) to contact someone at Liberty Safe, but as of now, no one is returning any attempts to contact. So far, customer service has been a joke.

The safe is honestly great....however, the door was broken out of the box. The biometric scanner was easy to register, and the safe is exactly what I need, except it sounds like metal banging together every time the door opens. the "opens quietly" feature isn't working..
Product meets my needs and expectations. Very happy with this product, the second Liberty product purchased.
