This is the 4th Liberty safe that I have purchased. The service out of Peoria Az. is excellent. The safe was set up and installed very quickly. The mechanism for the dial and unlocking wheel are smooth as glass. The safe is very high quality. The reason that I gave it a 4 star rating has to do with two issues. (1) The dehumidifier that they provide a Peet Dryer is total chinese junk. It looks totally cheap and of course it did not work. For what you pay for this excellent safe, you would think that they would provide a decent American made product. I have received wands from them in the past and they all worked. As a matter of fact two of them have been working 25+ years and 15+ years without issue. (2) When I called the outfit that I purchased the safe from in Peoria, they told me it was a warranty issue and I needed to call the main office. I tried using the cue system and they never called me back. I also tried just waiting on line and they never picked ip after 30 minutes. I have not given up, but I am trying to get another wand. The company should be embarrassed to send what looks like a piece of extremely cheap plastic which probably cost them a buck or two.

Just received the Presidential 50 and it is an awesome safe. Appears to be extremely well built and has the best security rating for the Liberty line of safes. I looked at other brands and this one kept my interest because of the quality put into it's design and build. Use a moving service to save your body's health, it is a BEAST! Best safe ever...
