I am giving this review two stars because I like the safe itself but not the lock. I opted for the manual lock because I thought it would be more reliable but this is not the case. I noticed that my safe got harder to open and was eventually locked out of the safe. I purchased the lifetime lock warranty and called to get support. The second number in my combo "drifted" by one number and this is considered normal but was not in the product description. I was told this is not covered by warranty so I got a new combo for my safe by one number that I didn't ask for. Very dissatisfied with the resolution to which was explained to me that this is considered to be a known fault of the product that was not disclosed, because changing by one number is within spec for a lock to a safe that is touted as always protected. Which I guess it is because even if the owner that knows the combo cannot get into.

Talk Liberty about the safe not unlocking when you what it to you never know when it will or will not sometimes 2 to 4 days they told me they would send me another lock for it never got, it started working again so I didn't pursue it but it's back doing it again called 2 days ago on hold 1hour 10min then it sent me to voicemail left message not heard from them terrible serves 2 two stars for that
